The 2011 Social Good Summit  is unlike a lot of technology summits. They are more of a goodwill gesture, using advancements to help better the world. If you can't be a part of the live audience in NYC during UN week, September 19-22, thousands around the world can join in via Livestream.

What's good about this event is that you can see ways of using your particular skills that don't involve working in an agency.
