Exercise Your Mind.
You know what's the best cure for creative block?
Sweat.
Seriously.
Exercise frees the mind. It takes away the stresses of the day. I swear one of the most productive times of the day for me are from 6:30 - 8 am on the elliptical. During that time:

I read (via Kindle).

I take notes (via cell).
When the sweat pours out, the thoughts just pour in.
And then I go to work full of bright ideas that I hope won't be killed during the course of the day.
I also dropped about 20 pounds over the last two months and won the Biggest Loser competition at work.
Nothing disrupts the thinking process like stress – looming deadlines, client issues, even searching for a job. When I was job hunting and/or laid off, exercising helped fight off the frustration and helped me stay focused.
So find some time to exorcise those demons by exercising your mind.
