Caught In A Storm.

I work on a laptop so my files are always close by.

My work emails are accessible by my cell phone.

No, I'm not a workaholic.

I'm a creative.

And the creative mind doesn't know how to turn on at 9 am and shut down at 5 pm.

You don't want it to.

A creative brainstorm strikes at any time — in the shower, watching TV, spending time with friends and family.

If you are like me, you're not going to remember a great idea two hours from now when you have time to devote to it.

Put it on paper, make a note or take pictures with your phone, bookmark it on your computer asap.

When you're at work, a brainstorm may not hit you until 4:55 pm. Just ride it out, until the storm subsides. Call the family and say you'll be home a little late.

Just like when some storms end, you may find yourself in a beautiful place.

Just be prepared for when the storm hits.

And let it rain.
