Have you checked out the designers' works on Dribbble ? Better yet, is your work on Dribbble? According to the site, "Dribbble is show and tell for designers, developers and other creatives. Share sneak peeks of your work as 'shots' — small screenshots of the designs and applications you’re working on."
This isn't your regular see-what-I-can-do site. Not everyone can post on Dribbble. You have to be invited by another member. Then they announce on Twitter when they are "drafting" new members. So if you are following the the right people, send them a URL of your work and see if you make the cut.
What I like about Dribbble (triple-b's) is that you get sneak peaks of work in progress (don't know if their clients are happy about that). So it lets you get a look at the development process and see how others work and create. The "exclusive membership" is also a great hook. It's not that country club vibe, but it grabs your attention, and it drives you to want something you can't have. (You'll finding plenty of people tweeting to get in.) I don't know if you get bigger and better exposure here, but Dribbble is bookmark-worthy just to check out the work, even if you aren't posting yours. If you are in, can you hook me up?
