Hate The Name. Like The Potential.

As we come down from the Tiger Woods Week, this is my one statement on the matter: No, I don't like what he did, but the only ones he has to answer to is his wife and God. Enough said on that. I bring up Tiger Woods as a segue to "Tiger Text." It's an app that creates timed text messages that automatically delete on the sender's and recipient's phones after a predetermined time. So like Mission:Impossible, you receive a text and after you read it, all evidence self-destructs.
Now you know they were being smart asses naming it Tiger Text. If Tiger had it, player would've never been caught. They could promote this as the official app of the Cheaters TV show.
If they wanted to be just "smart," a self-destructing text message could be a great mobile marketing tool. Image the campaigns you could create, sending messages to readers and giving them a limited time to act on it.
The concept may excite your client. But if they are pretty conservative, telling them that you're using an app called Tiger Text may turn them off on the idea. Smart app. Stupid name. (Still I can see myself brainstorming on its potential over a game of Tiger Woods PGA Tour on the Wii.)
