Mentors. Get one. Be one.

Maybe I’m a bit of a masochist. I told you about Red, theman who tortured me for an entire summer in “The Internship that drove me to drink.” Thing is, I stayed in touch with Red for a few years. No, he nevermellowed, even when I was no longer working for him, but I now had the luxuryof  taking his crap and returningthe favor. God bless him. Red was one of many mentors who helped me over theyears.

Mentors. If you can find a good one, hold on to him/her. Andif you can mentor, do so. I believe in giving back when you can.
